How it works

Never claimed on a live sale before? Here's the whole thing — how claiming works, what a bag number is, how shipping is charged, and how to pay. Nothing here is complicated, and none of it is a trap.

Claiming on a live

Everything is sold live on TikTok. I hold up a piece, say the price, and the first person to call “mine” in the comments gets it. That's a claim.

  1. Say "mine" in the comments — first one in wins the piece.
  2. I confirm it out loud and add it to your bag right then.
  3. Keep claiming as long as the live is running. Everything you claim goes into the same bag.
  4. After the live, pay your total and I pack and ship it.

Almost everything is secondhand and one of a kind, so prices are set piece by piece rather than from a list, and the same style may be priced differently on another night. If you claim something by accident, just say so in the comments — I'll take it back off.

Your bag and your bag number

A “bag” is exactly what it sounds like: the physical bag your claims go into. The first thing you claim in a shipping period opens your bag, and I'll read out a bag number — a short number I write on the bag so I can find it again.

Put your bag number in your payment note. It's the fastest way for me to match your payment to your bag, and it's how mix-ups get avoided on a busy night.

Bag numbers are reused once a bag ships, so yours will usually be different next time — always use the one from the live you just claimed on. Everything you claim across every live in the same shipping period goes into that one bag.

If you'd rather keep adding to your bag instead of having it shipped, ask me to hold it. A held bag rolls into the next shipping period, keeps its number, and isn't charged shipping twice — you pay one shipping fee when it finally goes out.

Shipping

Shipping is one flat fee per shipping period, not per item and not per live. Claim one thing or claim thirty across every live that period — it's the same single shipping charge. The exact amount is shown on your invoice, since I adjust it as carrier rates change and occasionally run free-shipping periods.

There are only two things that can be added on top of it:

  • Overage. If your bag is genuinely too full for the usual package, the extra postage gets added as its own line. You'll see it itemised, never folded into the flat fee.
  • Insurance. Only if you ask for it. Worth considering on a higher-value bag.

I'll need your shipping address before anything can go out. Send it once and it's on file for every bag after this.

Payments

PayPal and Venmo, Friends & Family only. Payments sent as “Goods and Services” on PayPal, or with “Turn on for purchases” on Venmo, will be refunded and you'll be asked to send them again — the fees on those make small destash sales unworkable.

Please pay by the end of the live you claimed on, and at the latest before the next live in the same shipping period. Include your bag number in the note.

First time claiming with me? I ask new customers to pay for their first claim before claiming a second item. It's a one-time thing — once you've bought from me, you can claim freely through the live and settle up at the end like everyone else.

Promotions and giveaways

Some lives run a claim promotion — claim a set number of items and something is applied automatically: free shipping, a credit on your account, a reduced price, or a free piece added to your bag. You don't have to ask for it or remember it. If you hit the threshold, it's applied and it shows up on your invoice.

Giveaways work the same way. Depending on the contest, you earn an entry for each item you claim, or one entry for showing up and claiming at all. The draw is random and I announce the winners when it happens — there's nothing to sign up for.

Account credit from a promo, a giveaway or a goodwill gesture is applied to your next invoice automatically. Some credits carry an expiry date; if one does, I'll tell you when you get it.

Customer service

Question about a bag, an invoice, tracking, or something that arrived wrong? Message me from the contact form or in the comments on a live. Replies are usually sent within 24 hours.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what was described, tell me — with a photo if you can — and we'll sort it out. I'd much rather fix it than have you stuck with something you're unhappy with.

Life happens, and occasionally someone can't pay for a bag they claimed. Tell me rather than going quiet and it's genuinely fine — I'll set it aside or release the pieces. What causes problems is silence, because the bag sits here unsold and unpaid. Repeatedly leaving bags unpaid without a word is the one thing that will get someone asked not to claim again, and even that is a conversation, not an automatic ban.

The policy, in short

This is the summary the shipping-info form asks you to agree to. It's the same rules as above, collected in one place:

  1. Claims are binding. Saying “mine” means you intend to buy the piece at the price called.
  2. Pay by the end of the live, and before the next live in the same shipping period at the very latest.
  3. PayPal and Venmo, Friends & Family only. Goods-and-Services payments are refunded and must be re-sent.
  4. One flat shipping fee per shipping period, covering everything you claimed that period. Overage and insurance are itemised separately if they apply.
  5. New customers pay for their first claim before claiming a second item.
  6. Items are secondhand and sold as described. If something is wrong, tell me and we'll fix it.
  7. Your details are used to ship your bag and to contact you about your orders. They are not sold or shared. I'll never ask for your full last name on a live — the form is the private place for that.
